Job summary

Emerus is seeking a Medical Technologist/POC/MLT for the Night Shift (7P–7A) at a 20-bed small-format hospital. You will collect and analyze specimens, report results, and supervise lab activities, following all protocols. Collaboration with clinical staff ensures accurate results and patient safety.

Travel to all facility locations may be required. Perks include night/weekend differentials, 401K match, paid employee referrals, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological/Physical Sciences or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Pennsylvania market: minimum 6 years core lab experience.
• Las Vegas market: MLS/MLT certification and Nevada General Supervisor license; 3+ years lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests in all areas of the laboratory following protocols.
• Collect and process specimens; report results.
• Perform quality control and maintenance on instruments.
• Ensure safety practices and infection control.
