You will uphold quality control, maintain instruments, and troubleshoot equipment to support reliable patient care.

Responsibilities may include teaching new employees and students and performing phlebotomy duties as needed to support hospital operations.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required; ASCP Medical Technologist certification or AMT (MLT) strongly preferred.
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality control protocols to ensure accurate, reliable results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to support operations.
• Contribute to regulatory data collection and compliance.

• Teach new employees and students as part of onboarding.
