Job summary

McLeod Health in Manning, SC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our night shift. You will assist with direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and support a safe, clean environment in our 72-hour bi-weekly schedule.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, document patient data, and assist with nutrition, transport, and medication storage per policy. CNA certification and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification and BLS certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Nursing assistant program or equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Recognizes aging patient signs and participates in assessment, treatment, and care.
• Maintains hygiene and cleanliness of patients and environment.
• Ensures safe storage of medications and supplies.
• Performs nutritional/hydration interventions.
• Communicates patient data to the interdisciplinary team.
• Collects and records patient data during direct care tasks.
• Performs transportation and courier duties as needed.
