Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a Medical Lab Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of patient laboratory test results.
• Performs procedures efficiently and as indicated in the procedure manual with minimal supervision and within the required turn-around time.
• Ensures safety and compliance in patient identification and sample handling.
• Maintains appropriate education to accomplish work objectives and maintain current certifications.
