Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret laboratory test results, recording and reporting findings accurately.
• Process and prepare blood components for transfusions following SOPs.
• Conduct antibody screening and compatibility testing using advanced lab equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, instruments, and supplies as needed.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels of blood products; adhere to QA/QC processes; participate in proficiency testing.
