Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) in Green Bay, WI seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician to perform routine and complex testing across major laboratory areas. You will analyze specimens, prepare detailed reports, and contribute to high-quality laboratory services that support patient care.

The role requires an Associate degree with NAACLS accreditation or equivalent, and certification readiness within 180 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required with NAACLS accredited medical laboratory technician program, OR
• Associate’s degree with at least 60 academic credit hours including 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology and successful completion of a 50 week US military medical laboratory training course, OR
• Associates degree and at least 60 academic credit hours including 6 hours chemistry and 6 hours biology and 3 years full time lab experience in an accredited laboratory within the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex testing in all major clinical laboratory areas.
• Analyze specimens and prepare detailed reports to support diagnosis and treatment.
