Responsibilities

Provides guidance for questions on specimen acceptability, results and instrument problems.
Performs testing of specimens according to laboratory protocols.
Reports results timely and follows QC procedures.
Maintains instruments and equipment and adheres to safety standards.
Performs phlebotomy as required.
Float to other laboratory sites as workload requires.
