Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, processing, test analyses, reporting, and record-keeping of patient results.
- Maintain proficiency testing records ensuring testing is performed like patient specimens.
- Analyze specimens using approved testing procedures.
- Review and release test results.
- Adhere to CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA and safety guidelines.
- Follow established policies when test systems are out of range.
- Identify and communicate problems affecting test performance or reporting.
