Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in MLT or laboratory science required or Bachelor’s degree in clinical science.
• MLT-ASCP board certified or NCA certified preferred.
• BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate and high complexity laboratory tests as directed by Lab Manager.
• Ensure quality control, quality assurance, and instrument maintenance in daily operations.
• Support test result correlation and clinical lab duties as required by the department.
