Job summary

Cleveland Clinic South Pointe Hospital in Warrensville Heights is seeking a Medical Technologist/MLT/Lab Tech IV to join the Lab Administration team. You will perform and interpret tests, maintain quality control, and support patient care with state-of-the-art instrumentation.

Night shift, 10:30pm–6:30am, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science and meet CLIA high‑complexity qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science from an accredited institution.
• Meets CLIA qualifications for high complexity testing personnel grandfathering clause.

Responsibilities

• Follow laboratory procedures for specimen handling, testing, reporting and record-keeping.
• Maintain quality control and instrument calibration records.
• Perform proficiency testing and ensure compliance with CLIA regulations.
• Identify and resolve problems affecting test performance and reporting.
