• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or completion of Military Medical Laboratory specialist training.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with training in laboratory techniques.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens following established protocols with proper patient identification and labeling.
• Enter and verify test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Operate and maintain analytical equipment; troubleshoot and document maintenance.
• Adhere to QC policies and document results per regulatory standards.
• Participate in proficiency testing and regulatory training.
• Provide technical education and training to other technicians if requested.
