Job summary

Baptist Health in Radcliff, KY is hiring a Medical Lab Tech for night shift hours (7:00p-7:00a) on a part-time basis. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with a 15% shift differential. The role includes performing routine lab procedures and analyzing results to support patient care.

Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent (with alternative pathways described) and eligibility to obtain MLT certification within 12 months. Prior lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; certifications must be obtained within 12 months.
• Prior clinical laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Eligible for MLT certification from ASCP or AMT within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lab procedures on blood, urine, and tissue specimens.
• Analyze test results to aid diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment for accuracy.
• Educate and support staff as needed on procedures.
