Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Phlebotomist - Lab for a part-time night shift (9pm–6am) with weekdays, every other weekend and rotating holidays. The Phlebotomist will collect blood samples from patients for medical testing, transfusions, research, or blood donations, and work closely with patients, nurses and lab staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients for medical testing, transfusions, research, or blood donations.
• Work with patients, nurses, and laboratory staff to ensure accurate specimen collection and maintain patient safety.
