Job summary

Exceptional Community Hospital in Ardmore, OK, is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for full-time night shifts. You will perform diagnostic testing, QC, and maintain records to support patient care. We value accuracy, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences is required.
• Current MLT/MLS license is required.
• ASCP certification is preferred.
• Moderate complexity laboratory experience is required.
• Strong computer and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate diagnostic testing for medical staff.
• Perform quality control and equipment maintenance per protocols.
• Document and maintain accurate records on equipment and specimens.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab environment.
• Comply with CLIA, COLA, HIPAA, OSHA regulations.
• Participate in a team environment with staffing-flexibility.
