Qualifications

• ND State license or ND Provisional Permit required.
• BS in Medical Laboratory Science or Clinical Laboratory Science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and validate complex laboratory tests across disciplines per protocols.
• Monitor specimen integrity, quality control, and instrument function.
• Document and report test findings promptly in the LIS.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to meet testing needs.
• Participate in competency assessments and quality improvement initiatives.
