Job summary

Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is seeking qualified Medical Laboratory Technologists and Medical Laboratory Technicians for the night shift. The role includes performing waived, moderate, and high complexity tests under the Lab Manager’s supervision, ensuring accuracy and quality control across daily operations.

Candidates should hold an ASCP/NCA credential (or equivalent), have an associate or bachelor’s degree in relevant clinical science, and be prepared to obtain BLS

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in MLT or laboratory science, or Bachelor’s in clinical science.
• MLT-ASCP or NCA certification preferred; BLS within 1 week of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform waived, moderate and high complexity tests.
• Maintain quality control and assurance; instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Correlate test results and support clinical lab operations.
