Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Mid Day/Overnight Medical Device Service Support Specialist I in RTP, NC. The role provides high‑quality technical support to customers, documents inquiries in the CRM, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure proper resolution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field, with medical technologist certification preferred, and at least 1 year in a lab setting or in medical research protocol execution, plus customer service experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Science or related field; Medical Technologist certificate preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a laboratory environment or executing protocols on medical research projects.
Customer service experience preferred; prior experience in a technical support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints by phone, email, or face-to-face using analytical problem‑solving skills.
Document all customer communications in the CRM system and attach data to support investigations.
Route issues to Field Service, Escalation, and Quality teams as needed; communicate root causes to customers and interdepartmental teams.
Provide technical support during designated shifts to support 24/7 availability.
Travel up to 20% for training, group meetings and general customer support.
