Job summary

Lennor Metier is recruiting for a healthcare Revenue Cycle role in Ortigas to support US insurance follow-up and claims processing. You will handle claims resolution, follow-ups via phone and email, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance on HIPAA standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of US insurance follow-up experience, strong claims processing knowledge, and excellent English communication. Onsite work with a night shift from 9 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off, is required.

Qualifications

• US Insurance follow-up experience required.
• Strong understanding of claims processing for providers (physicians and/or hospitals).
• Ability to explain EOBs, claims, and denials effectively.
• Above-average English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Claims Processing & Resolution
• Follow up on outstanding claims via phone, email, or online portals.
• Analyze and resolve claim discrepancies to prevent payment delays.
• Identify and correct medical billing errors.
• Process appeals with proper documentation and communication.
• Maintain accurate records of underpayments, overpayments, and credit balances.
• Research payer-specific billing guidelines and policies.
• Adhere to timely filing deadlines and compliance standards.
• Track and report claim trends to minimize denials.
• Ensure HIPAA and data protection compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work independently while coordinating with internal teams on claim resolutions.
• Provide support on special Accounts Receivable (A/R) projects as needed.
