Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide for Phoenix at James Creek. The role supports resident wellness, administers medications, and collaborates with families and support services to maintain high-quality care.

The candidate will assist with monthly wellness visits, monitor vital signs, and participate in care planning. Evening/night hours (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) and alternating weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide
• A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferred
• Must have demonstrated Leadership capabilities
• Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing, preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well being of residents
• Provide leadership support and assistance with resident care and services
• Medication care assistance/administration
• Communicate with resident support services and families
• Maintain clinical quality assurance while leading wellness components of Phoenix programs and services
• Assist with obtaining weights and vital signs monthly for each resident and support monthly wellness visits
