Join Cleveland Clinic’s Martin North Hospital in Stuart, FL, to support the newly established Med/Surg Telemetry unit. You will provide top‑notch customer service to patients, families and visitors, perform essential administrative duties, and assist with direct patient care under an RN supervision.

The role offers opportunities for professional development, tuition reimbursement, preceptorship, cross‑unit experience and governance participation in a welcoming team environment.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross is required.
• One year of recent, full-time patient care or customer service experience, or related education/training.
• Current nursing student with at least one completed clinical rotation is acceptable.
• Military medical experience is considered.

Mansioni

• Greet and orient newly admitted or transferred patients to the unit.
• Respond to patient call lights and make rounds.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Assist patients and families with wayfinding and resources.
• Maintain patient records and assist with unit clerical tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with basic patient care activities.
• Report changes in patient condition to an RN.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.

Conoscenze

Microsoft Office experience

Typing / computer skills

Formazione

High School Diploma or GED

BLS Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

Nursing student with clinical rotation or equivalent

Military medical experience (HM/68W/4N0X1)
