Join Cleveland Clinic’s Martin North Hospital in Stuart as a New Grad RN Resident in Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Clinical Decision Units. You will work on the 2nd Floor’s sectors, collaborating with caregivers to deliver exceptional patient care and serve as a patient advocate.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Residency curriculum supports growth from onboarding to autonomous practice in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
• New graduate or less than one year of RN work experience OR experienced RN moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care clinical inpatient setting with less than one year of current acute direct patient care RN experience

Responsabilidades

• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient preference and resource availability).
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
• Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.
