Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced RN for Med Surg Tele Float Pool Night shifts in the Northern Region. You will provide patient-centered care across Med Surg units, utilizing evidence-based practice, and collaborate with an interprofessional team to educate patients and plan discharge.

Requirements include ASN, 4+ years Med Surg RN experience, and active RN license in Pennsylvania with BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred. Ability to float to ICUs within the region is required.

Formación

• ASN required from an accredited program.
• BSN or higher strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with patients, families, and staff in line with Jefferson values.
• Incorporate evidence-based nursing practices and clinical expertise.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and medications as needed.
• Monitor care processes, outcomes, and participate in quality improvement.
• Float to Intensive Care Units within the Central & Eastern Region as needed.
