Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Sahuarita is seeking a licensed RN for a seasonal Med Surg/Tele position on the night shift. The assignment can be 13 or 26 weeks with full-time hours (three 12-hour shifts per week).

You will provide patient‑centered care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, and adhere to safety and infection control standards. Previous acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical nursing role in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents patient findings and changes in condition for handoff and care planning.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and the care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and supports life-saving interventions as required.
• Maintains infection control standards and patient safety through best practices.
