Endeavor Health's Highland Park Hospital is hiring a Staff Nurse Pool for night shifts. You will float to medical‑surgical units, provide safe, compassionate care, and apply the nursing process to plans of care while partnering with the care team.

IL RN licensure is required, BLS, and at least one year of inpatient experience. NLN‑accredited nursing education with BSN strongly preferred; the role offers premium shift pay, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and a rich benefits package.

Formación

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum of one-year of direct inpatient care experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on med-surg units across Glenbrook Hospital based on areas of greatest need.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
