Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time General Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg unit. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care in a People-First environment with opportunities for growth and tuition assistance.

The RN will assess and document patient needs, develop and update care plans, and ensure care aligns with HHS standards and Oklahoma regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree of Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Current valid OK or Multistate RN License is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities per hospital standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care and demonstrate knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan.
• Plan for the provision of patient care including the development and modification of the plan of care.
• Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies.
