Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for night shifts (7pm–7:30am) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative setting. The role emphasizes adherence to ANA standards, accurate medication administration, and proactive patient education.

Candidates should hold NH or compact state RN licensure, with BCLS; ACLS preferred within 1 year. BSN strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• Adheres to hospital policies and ANA standards of practice.
• Safe, timely and accurate medication/IV administration and transcription.
• Accurate, timely documentation per policy.
• Proficient use of information technology.

Responsibilities

• Precepts new employees and supports learning and development.
• Delegates tasks appropriate to licensure/experience.
• Performs comprehensive patient assessments.
• Prioritizes patient care needs and manages assignments effectively.
• Communicates hand-offs clearly during shifts.
