Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital in Saint Peters, MO, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff.

The role involves assisting with ADLs, documenting care, taking vital signs, maintaining patient safety, and supporting the nursing team in a仁 healing environment. Night shifts are 6:30pm–7:00am, 24 hours per week, with every 3rd weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant license required.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Implements direct patient care under the supervision of the nurse, promoting patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Collects clinical data and information on patients, and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists nurse with patient and family education. Documents all patient care activities provided with correct medical terminology.
• Ensures availability of supplies and equipment to meet each patient's needs.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
