Job summary

Hennig is seeking a skilled production associate to assemble fabricated metal enclosures and perform precise repair work. You will operate hand and power tools, read blueprints and use tape measures in SAE and metric units to ensure accurate assemblies.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for duration of shift.
• Ability to withstand heights up to 30 feet.
• Experience operating Forklift and Overhead Cranes is a plus.
• Keep a clean and safe workstation following procedures, rules & regulations.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to climb on ladders.

• Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection guidelines.
• Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and on-time delivery.
• Support all areas of the production area as required.

• Operate power/hand tools, measuring devices, and instruments used for assembly.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, tape measure (SAE & Metric) and other written instructions or procedures.
• Complete troubleshooting steps for mechanical equipment per inspection procedure guidelines
• Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery
• Support all areas of the production area as required
