Job summary

Hennig in IL is seeking a mechanical assembler to accurately assemble metal enclosures, repair and rework as needed, and operate power tools and measuring devices. You will read blueprints, follow procedures, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role supports all production areas in a fast-paced plant environment. Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and readiness to pass pre-employment

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Assembler.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Willingness to submit to and successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
