Job summary

Steffes is seeking a Night Shift Assembly Technician to join our Grand Forks facility. You will assemble, test, inspect, and package products, following standard work and training guides. This role requires reading drawings, using hand and power tools, and performing leak and pressure tests to ensure quality.

You will work a 4:30pm–3:00am schedule Monday–Thursday with overtime on Fridays as needed. Candidates should be safety-minded, collaborative, and capable of lifting, bending, and standing

Qualifications

• This position requires following standard work and training guides.
• Candidates must read drawings to assemble products.
• Ability to torque and inspect joints to spec.
• Experience with hand/power tools and testing equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities
