Job summary

Responsibilities span Level I–III tasks, including operating cranes, torquing joints, leak and pressure testing, and maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• High School or GED or better in High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Must be able to physically perform duties including lifting up to 70 pounds and climbing stairs.
• Experience with assembly, testing, inspection or packaging is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work, training guides, and acceptance criteria to meet customer and QMS requirements.
• Operate and perform safe operations inspections on cranes.
• Read and interpret drawings to assemble products.
• Torque and mark joints to specified values.
• Perform moderate to semi-complex assembly/testing with hand and power tools.
• Set up and perform leak and pressure tests.
• Report inconsistencies and defects.
• Maintain a collaborative, safe work environment.
• Assist with audits and documentation as required.
