Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Southwest Agg LLC in Texas is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on quarry equipment, troubleshoot issues, and inspect machinery to ensure safe operation.

You will collaborate with a team to improve efficiency, keep detailed maintenance records, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic work environment. Starting pay is $22.95 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on quarry equipment. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues. Conduct inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Conditions of Employment

Physical Demands of the Job

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
