Job summary

Qualifications

• Safety-focused with GMP awareness and willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Experience with CMMS and basic PLC/Ladder Logic/HMI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and rebuilds.
• Lead and coach technicians and assist with root cause analysis.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and manuals; follow safety and GMP standards.
• Adhere to shift schedules, with overtime as needed and possible 12‑hour shifts.
