Job summary

Infra Pipes seeks a Maintenance Technician for our Springfield, MO facility to install, maintain, repair, and test mechanical systems. You will support line changeovers, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient production.

This night shift role offers $29.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential, with opportunities for overtime and growth within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience required.
• Demonstrated mechanical repair and plumbing experience required.
• Basic welding, manual machining, and electrical troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Communicate maintenance needs with team and supervisors to diagnose issues.
• Install new equipment and components per manufacturer specs.
• Maintain mechanical components such as gears, shafts, seals, bearings.
• Assist with motors, transformers, wiring, and electrical components.
• Maintain plumbing systems for water, gas, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
• Perform line changeovers and equipment adjustments to support production.
• Repair facility infrastructure and perform preventive maintenance.
• Keep an adequate spare parts inventory and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
