Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Mechanic II for night shift, Monday to Thursday, onsite at the distribution center. You will perform maintenance on the conveyor system and related equipment, covering electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, welding, and forklift repair.

The role requires 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience, strong electrical and mechanical abilities, and good communication. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years experience maintaining conveyors, lift trucks, building systems.
Strong electrical and mechanical abilities.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain conveyor system and assist with troubleshooting.
Set up and maintain receiving, picking and shipping equipment.
Service facility equipment, focusing on preventive maintenance.
Perform maintenance on order pickers, forklift trucks and pallet jacks.
Handle office maintenance tasks as needed.
