Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a meat department team member in Massachusetts. You will receive, rotate, wrap, and merchandise fresh and processed meats, assist in seafood and prepared foods areas, and help Members with product questions.

Responsibilities include weighing, packaging, labeling cuts, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting club policies. Must be 18+. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with fresh and processed meats.
• Experience with wrapping machines preferred.
• Prior experience in meat/deli department preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Members by answering questions regarding meats, poultry, and seafood.
• Weighs, packages, wraps, and labels cuts of meat, poultry, and seafood.
• Assists the meat cutter in packaging freshly cut meats and seafood.
• Inspects and stores meat upon delivery.
• Rotates meats and maintains cases stocked and clean.
