Responsibilities

• Transport and hang product from Smokehouse area to dry rooms.
• Keep accurate record of number and location of products hung.
• Supply product from dry rooms to packing line, recording counts.
• Pull sausage to be washed, wash and re-hang in Dry Room.
• Follow GMP and Smithfield Food Safety Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by Crew Leader.
