Smithfield Foods is seeking General Production team members to help deliver safe, high-quality meat products. You will work with hand tools and machinery, ensuring safety, quality and teamwork on a fast-paced production line.

Starting pay is $19.80 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for the 3rd shift. Comprehensive health insurance, retirement benefits, and education benefits are available to eligible team members; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive movements.
• May require lifting up to 60 lbs and working in cold/warm environments.

• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness on shift.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and overtime, if needed.
