• Follow GMP and Smithfield Food Safety Policies.
• Other duties as assigned by Crew Leader.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: *Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows:* * Transport and hang product from Smokehouse area to dry rooms as required.* Keep accurate record of number and location of products hung.* Supply product from dry rooms to packing line, recording number of pieces and sticks removed from section on inventory card.* Pull sausage to be washed, wash it and re-hang it in Dry Room.* Proper housekeeping.* Wash product mold as assigned.* Follow job rotation as assigned.* Follow all GMP and Smithfield Food Safety Policies.* Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
