WellSpan Health is seeking a part-time night-shift registered nurse to provide professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level. You will act as a primary nurse for patients on the unit, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and support patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, safe administration of treatments, and accurate documentation.

Formación

• Diploma or Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Maternity LDRP experience is required.
• Current BLS certification for all areas of nursing practice is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate direct care per nursing process and hospital standards.
• Safely administer prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions.
• Prioritize care and recognize changes in patient condition for timely action.
• Document patient responses and progress in EMR with accurate handoffs to the team.
