Qualifikationen

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience considered.
• Minimum 1–3 years in materials, warehousing, logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory control in manufacturing.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Plex preferred.
• Familiarity with PFEP, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

Aufgaben

• Lead Materials Team Leads, drivers, and warehouse personnel on the night shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
• Review and approve timecards for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Coordinate material movement to support production schedules.
• Monitor material availability and communicate shortages or risks promptly.
• Oversee shipping/receiving to meet customer and internal requirements.
• Maintain PFEP-compliant inventory, locations, and replenishment methods.
• Plan cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Provide shift handoffs to ensure continuity with day shift.
• Identify opportunities to improve material flow and warehouse efficiency.
