Job summary

TenCate Protective Fabrics is seeking a Material Handler to maintain production and distribution by pulling orders from inventory, delivering materials, and staging finished products. This role operates in a plant environment with equipment like forklifts and manlifts, and requires attention to detail and reliability.

The position runs Sunday through Thursday nights from 10pm to 8am, with occasional weekend duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required for preferred candidate.
• Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying items listed on orders.
• Deliver materials to production and staging areas and prepare for inspection.
• Operate and perform pre-use inspections on material handling equipment (forklifts, manlifts, chariots).
• Contribute to team goals by completing duties and responsibilities as needed.
