Job summary

Mohawk Industries is seeking a dedicated forklift operator for the 3rd shift (10 pm - 6:30 am) to safely handle products in the distribution center. You will operate forklifts and RF equipment, pick items from racks, and perform cycle counts to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Adherence to safety policies and participation in the Zero Contact Forklift Program are required. Responsibilities include pallet moves, stretch wrap operations, and supporting continuous improvements while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate lift equipment and RF devices.
• Commitment to safety and accuracy in inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Pull and transport products using forklift or manually.
• Pick products from rack locations and assist with order fulfillment.
• Conduct cycle counts for locations and audits for accuracy.
• Follow safety policies, participate in Zero Contact Forklift Program, inspect equipment daily.
• Operate stretch wrap machine and assist training as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform other tasks as directed by management.
