Job summary

Owens Corning in Joplin, MO is seeking a Materials Coordinator to handle shipping/receiving duties, document control, and SAP data entry. This on-site role supports trailer movements, loading point optimization, and inventory accuracy while working a 7:00pm–7:00am 2/2/3 shift with a $22.00 base pay plus night differential.

The position requires at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma, and US work authorization, with knowledge of SAP and Kronos highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years related experience in an industrial setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in shipping/receiving and office management preferred.
• U.S. citizenship or work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping/receiving clerical duties and prepare documents for various transport modes.
• Input and retrieve data using SAP; generate loading reports for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate movement of trailers to optimize loading locations and routes.
• Maintain records (bills of lading, POs) and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
• Operate forklift and assist in inventory counts and cycle counting.
• Communicate shipping information to customers and internal teams.
