Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
• Fluent English; Spanish communication skills are a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a production environment; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify, identify, sort, count and track material in the warehouse.
• Coordinate workflow of Receiving clerks and ensure timely material receipt.
• Coordinate data entry to the Inventory Management System (IMS).
• Establish policies and procedures at the Door Management level.
• Manage recycling and warehouse material flow with management support.
• Perform daily/weekly warehouse audits for accuracy and condition.
• Ensure system vs. physical inventory accuracy in WMS.
• Oversee labor on the receiving floor and adjust to volume needs.
