Job summary

Church & Dwight is hiring a night-shift packaging line operator. You will join a production team, monitor line performance, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency. The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and teamwork.

The position runs Sun-Fri from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM with a base pay of $22.95 per hour plus shift differential. U.S. employees receive comprehensive benefits and participate in a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate at least one major piece of equipment on packaging lines.
• Perform basic safety checks, quality checks and housekeeping.
• Clear equipment jams and assist maintenance tasks as needed.
• Comply with SOPs and GMPs and report issues to supervision.
