Job summary

Susquehanna Printing Company is seeking a Night Shift Part-Time Material Handler to join our Lancaster, PA team. Responsibilities include material handling, stacking, packaging, distributing pre-printed inserts and printed products, and feeding inserts into a machine.

The role is 20 hours per week with 5pm–3am shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays, potentially Fridays. We value safety, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Feeding experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and address unsafe conditions immediately.
• Retrieve production materials and move them using forklifts/hand trucks.
• Feed pre-printed materials into machine hoppers.
• Stack bundles of printed products and prepare for distribution.
• Build skids and load bundles into carts by zone.
• Wrap finished product with stretch wrap.
• Demonstrate urgency, teamwork, good communication, and adaptability.
• Work overtime on weekdays and weekends as needed.
