Job summary

AFL is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle materials, stage items, and perform data entry using hand-held scanners and Oracle. You will support raw material cycle counts, inventory transactions, and cross-functional logistics needs in a warehouse environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in shipping/receiving, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel). Weekend availability is a plus and attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel)
• Forklift experience required ( propane & battery/electric sit-down).
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Able to communicate across levels of the organization.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safe handling and transport of high value products using forklifts and scanners.
• Maintain inventory by updating systems and performing cycle counts.
• Support raw material cycle counts and supply/demand planning.
• Process incoming/outgoing WIP and finished goods.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support logistics.
