Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years forklift experience (Propane and battery/electric sit-down).
• Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel; Oracle and handheld scanner experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; ability to interact with multiple levels.
• Weekend availability.
• Safety rules compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transact materials and put them away using scanners and data entry.
• Release discrete jobs daily and maintain material flow from Gateway to issuance.
• Update Excel spreadsheets and perform inventory transactions.
• Support raw material cycle counts and supply/demand planning.
• Assist with inbound/outbound WOP and WIP goods.
• Coordinate with multiple organizational levels to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
• Cross-functional duties across gateway, stock, puller, receiving/inventory control, and shipping.
