Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
• Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment and able to handle multiple demands calmly.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Confirm product with schedule.
• Assist with Quality Control duties including monitor saw cuts and line spacing.
• Package finished pipe in proper crate quantities.
• Weigh and transport finished product.
• Cut crate boards to proper lengths and adjust as needed.
• Process re-grind / scrap pipe.
• Assist with running PVC extrusion lines.
• Help with changeovers and line downstream processes.
• Ensure pipe meets specification and identify out-of-spec items.
• Perform maintenance and cleanup for production and storage areas.
• Prioritize tasks to manage time and operate material handling devices safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with procedures and company values.
